Cancellation Terms for Products

• Once payment is completed, product orders are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase if it has not yet been shipped.
• After the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Defects & Manufacturer’s Rights

• If you receive a manufacturing defect (damaged, faulty item) please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear images. We will either replace the item or issue a refund in line with statutory consumer rights.
• This does not include damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling once in your possession.

Exceptional Cases

• Requests may be considered in rare situations like double payments, or obvious administrative errors. Any such adjustment or refund is entirely at Soul Sutraah’s discretion.

Exceptions and Adjustments

• No refunds will be provided for: Buyer’s remorse, Change of mind once order is confirmed, Late arrivals of delivery if there is no defect
• Exchange or store credit may be offered in certain cases (e.g. wrong item sent), depending on availability and product condition.
